Responsibilities
- Manage HR Service Center intake: employee inquiries, case triage, routing/escalations, and resolution.
- Process HR transactions and documentation (forms, letters, employee changes, compliance paperwork).
- Support payroll parallel execution by clearing operational items and assisting with assigned validation tasks.
- Follow SOPs, document outcomes, and keep turnaround times high.
Required
- HR Service Center / HR operations experience (high-volume processing + case management).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
- Available ASAP, full-time.
Nice to have
- Workday HCM exposure (HR user/ops specialist).
- Infor/Lawson exposure and/or migration support.
- Healthcare experience.
