Here at Focus Cloud we have a great opportunity for an experienced Workday HRIS Lead/Manager looking for a new contract challenge.

Our healthcare client, who has recently gone live with Workday, is seeking additional support to cover a period of parental leave within their People Applications team. This contract role will focus on the ongoing support and optimisation of the Workday (HRIS) platform during a critical period of business activity.

The contract will initially run for 3–6 months, with potential to extend, and is 100% remote.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day Workday operations and play a key role during key annual cycles, including open enrollment, performance management, and compensation planning. There will be opportunities to contribute to configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements across multiple Workday modules.
Required experience and skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday
  • Strong experience supporting and optimising Workday post go-live
  • Proven background supporting the Workday HRIS / People Applications function
  • Hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules from the following:
    • Onboarding
    • HCM Core
    • Benefits
    • Absence (Time Off & Leave)
    • Time Tracking
    • Advanced Compensation
    • Performance Management
  • Comfortable providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
