Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Lead the People Experience (PEX), Compensation and Benefits, and HR Systems teams
- Manage escalations, service levels, employee data integrity, and HR operations
- Oversee Total Rewards delivery including compensation, benefits, and pensions
- Monitor performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs) and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Drive strategic HR service enhancements in collaboration with internal HR partners
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- CHRP required; CHRL designation is considered a strong asset
- Strong experience with Workday HCM, especially Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, and Business Processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead PEX operations, including employee lifecycle management and service centre functions
- Expertise in data accuracy, process governance, unionized environments, and public sector HR practices
- Lead the PEX strategy and help shape the future of HR service delivery
