Within their HR function, the People Experience (PEX) team plays a pivotal role in supporting a high-performing, inclusive workforce by delivering modern, data-driven HR services that align with strategic goals. This team is at the forefront of HR transformation, focusing on operational excellence, service optimization, and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Experience (PEX), Compensation and Benefits, and HR Systems teams
  • Manage escalations, service levels, employee data integrity, and HR operations
  • Oversee Total Rewards delivery including compensation, benefits, and pensions
  • Monitor performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs) and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Drive strategic HR service enhancements in collaboration with internal HR partners
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • CHRP required; CHRL designation is considered a strong asset
  • Strong experience with Workday HCM, especially Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, and Business Processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead PEX operations, including employee lifecycle management and service centre functions
  • Expertise in data accuracy, process governance, unionized environments, and public sector HR practices
