- Lead Agile ceremonies and project delivery from planning through release, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, manage backlogs, and track progress toward milestones.
- Optimize release processes and coordinate schedules across teams to maintain reliable delivery cadence.
- Monitor key delivery metrics and proactively address risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, including workflow configuration, reporting, and backlog management.
- Demonstrated success in performing Scrum Master duties, fostering team accountability, and improving delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate technical and business discussions effectively.
