The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead customer expansion efforts across an assigned territory. You will oversee a team of sales and account management professionals, work closely with Workday sales teams and drive growth across a portfolio of mid and enterprise customers. This is a hands on leadership role with strong support from marketing, customer success, product and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute customer expansion strategies across existing Workday accounts
- Lead a team of 6 to 8 sales and account management professionals
- Develop strong relationships with Workday AE and RSD contacts
- Support sales cycles, customer meetings, close plans and forecasting
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across HR, Payroll and Finance services
- Partner with Customer Success for business reviews and strategic planning
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, product and solutions teams on customer initiatives
- Minimum 10 years in the Workday ecosystem
- Minimum 5 years in sales leadership roles
- Proven success growing customer revenue in the mid and enterprise space
- Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and financial services
- Existing relationships with Workday sales teams
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Experience using Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Ability to recruit, develop and coach high performing sales teams
- Strategic mindset with a hands on leadership style
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, growing environment
