Role Highlights
- Lead SAP Payroll (PY-MX) implementations from planning through go-live
- Deliver compliant, end-to-end payroll processing aligned with client needs
- Configure and maintain schemas, rules, and wage types per Mexican legislation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues
- Oversee payroll integrations (timekeeping, benefits, taxes, third-party vendors)
- Partner with operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to pre-sales and best-practice advisory sessions
- 4+ years hands-on experience in SAP Payroll for Mexico
- Deep technical knowledge of Mexican payroll rules and compliance
- Proven success leading SAP Payroll implementation projects
- Strong client engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
