Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and related integration technologies.
- Partner with clients to gather requirements, lead solution design discussions, and recommend integration solutions.
- Deliver integrations throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver successful Workday projects.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical best practices across project teams.
- Support multiple client engagements within a consulting environment while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Experience delivering Workday Integration solutions within a consulting or Workday partner environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Experience participating in full Workday implementation projects.
- Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Experience across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or related Workday modules.
- Exposure to Workday Orchestrate, Extend, or other modern Workday technologies is an asset.
- Active Workday certifications are preferred but not essential for candidates with strong consulting and implementation experience.
