The opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing management of Workday, with a focus on Core HCM, Time & Absence, and Advanced Compensation.
This role will sit within a growing HRIS team and will combine configuration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, testing and ongoing system support.
Duties
- Support the implementation and configuration of Workday Core HCM, Time & Absence, and Advanced Compensation
- Take part in design sessions and requirements gathering
- Configure business processes and module settings
- Support time tracking, absence plans, eligibility rules and compensation processes
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the system supports business needs
- Provide ongoing HRIS support, troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support testing, UAT coordination and validation
- Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and system documentation
- Support the transition from a legacy system to Workday
- 3+ years of Workday functional experience
- Hands on experience with Workday configuration and business processes
- Strong Core HCM experience
- Experience with Time & Absence and or Advanced Compensation
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a business facing internal HRIS role
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation
- Exposure to Workday reporting
- Experience in a high growth environment
- Experience supporting compensation, time tracking or absence processes
- Base salary of $105,000 to $120,000
- Annual bonus of around 10% to 12%
