What you will do
- Lead discovery to understand Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and broader HR requirements and map them to Workday functionality
- Own solution design and ensure a scalable, best practice approach across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence
- Lead end to end configuration for the designed Workday solution, including integrations and cross functional touchpoints
- Drive cross functional alignment across HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations and downstream systems
- Run client workshops, manage ambiguity, and translate complex needs into clear functional outcomes
- Provide leadership through challenging situations and help stabilise or rescue programmes when needed
- Support sales cycles by estimating effort, contributing to proposals, attending orals, and supporting statements of work
- Coach and develop consultants, build high performing teams, and help grow and improve the Workday practice
- Strong consulting experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence
- Minimum 4 full end to end Workday implementations plus technical support experience for an HCM or Payroll solution
- Deep configuration capability and confidence stretching Workday to its configuration limits
- Proven experience leading workshops and working with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset, detail focus, and structured problem solving
- Track record of leading through complexity across multiple Workday workstreams
- Commitment to inclusion, coaching, and building diverse teams where different perspectives are heard
- Fluent English plus French, with the ability to collaborate with English speaking stakeholders
