Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and desktop applications within an Agile Scrum team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product direction and ensure solutions deliver real business value.
- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and supporting best practices.
- Support cloud environments and deployments across QA and production systems.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing JavaScript applications (ES6+, Node.js, modern frameworks).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with unit testing, version control, and cloud environments. (ideally GCP)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.
