Senior Analyst – Workday Recruiting

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing evolution of Workday and to lead enhancements that improve both candidate and recruiter experiences.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Process & Technology, you will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Workday Recruiting, Recruitment AI, and recruitment reporting. You will provide configuration expertise, deliver operational support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and continuously improve Workday Recruiting and related platforms, maintaining core system functions and delivering new features.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and quick resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, implementing both immediate solutions and long-term fixes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to recommend and implement enhancements that improve utilization and functionality.
  • Support both tactical and strategic initiatives, driving suggested improvements to completion.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of HRIS and ATS capabilities through ongoing learning.
  • Prepare for and support system releases, including testing and documentation of new features.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with recruiting and HR technologies, including ATS, HRIS/HCM platforms, CRMs, and related software.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting (Workday Pro Certification is highly advantageous) and, ideally, experience with Paradox AI.
  • Understanding of deployment methodology and SDLC processes.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
  • Commitment to teamwork and building effective relationships.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
