Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions for enterprise Workday HCM implementations.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Workday solutions.
- Own solution architecture across Core HCM, Compensation, Business Processes, Security, Reporting, and related workstreams.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on throughout implementation and optimization projects.
- Mentor consultants and guide delivery teams through complex HCM transformations.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, reporting, and integration teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions.
- Contribute to practice development by improving delivery methodology, sharing best practices, and supporting the continued growth of the HCM practice.
- 10+ years of Workday consulting experience.
- Strong enterprise Workday HCM implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading discovery workshops and solution design.
- Deep expertise across Core HCM, Compensation, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on technical leadership.
- Previous consulting experience leading enterprise Workday transformations.
- Ability to travel to Dallas, TX as needed for team collaboration, client meetings, and internal planning sessions.
