The Senior Manager, Workday Sustainment will oversee the continuous improvement, governance, and support of Workday HCM and Finance modules. This includes leading a team of analysts and managing vendor relationships, while acting as a strategic liaison between Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to ensure the system evolves with the client's needs.

- Serve as the Workday subject matter expert, ensuring optimal use of modules such as Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Security, and Financials
- Lead the stabilization and sustainment of Workday post-implementation, including issue resolution, feature adoption, and process redesign
- Manage and mentor the Workday Sustainment Team, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, performance, and team development
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to align Workday capabilities with organizational strategy and improve user experience
- Oversee third-party Managed Services provider, ensuring SLA compliance and timely issue resolution
- Implement and enforce Workday governance, process documentation, system controls, and compliance best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and supporting bi-annual Workday releases
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on functional and technical Workday experience
- Proven track record in Workday stabilization and sustainment post-implementation
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors in a complex organizational environment
- Deep understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, security, and reporting
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with both HCM and Financials is a must
