We are supporting a large healthcare organization in Canada looking to hire a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. This hire will join a growing internal HRIS team focused on the implementation and long-term ownership of Workday.
This role will combine Workday configuration, stakeholder engagement, operational HRIS support, reporting, process optimization, and involvement across data migration and data cleansing activities spanning Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance.
Youโll join early in the organizationโs Workday journey, supporting the migration to Workday from ADP within a fast-growing, acquisition-driven environment. The role offers strong long-term growth opportunities, high visibility, and exposure across multiple Workday modules as the platform continues to evolve post go-live.
This is a remote role and candidates can be based anywhere in Canada.

๐ธExperience with Data Migration and Data Cleansing
๐ธStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
