Here at Focus Cloud we are recrutiing for a Senior Associate – Integration, Security & Payroll Technologies on behald of one of our customers who are looking to strengthen their Workday HCM environment and ensure secure, reliable integrations across HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
This is a hands-on Workday role suited to someone who enjoys owning system health, security controls, and troubleshooting complex integrations while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
The role operates as a key internal SME, supporting day-to-day issues while driving stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a senior Workday HCM subject matter expert across the employee lifecycle
- Owning security, data integrity, and control frameworks within the HR system
- Leading troubleshooting and resolution of Workday integrations, including Payroll and Benefits feeds
- Providing hands-on support with configuration, EIBs, testing, and production issues
- Partnering with IT on integration testing, issue resolution, and release management
- Supporting semi-annual Workday releases and assessing impact to integrations and security
- Conducting system audits and proactively identifying risks or data issues
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday integrations
- Solid understanding of Workday security, controls, and data governance
- Background in post-go-live support or production environments
- Confident working with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning issues end-to-end
- Onsite role – 3 days per week in Downtown Toronto
- Toronto based candidates with unrestricted work authorization
