Here at Focus Cloud, we’re looking to hire a Talent & Recruitment Technology Specialist to own and optimize our clients Workday Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent technology landscape.

This is a hands-on Workday role for someone who enjoys partnering with Talent Acquisition and Talent teams, solving process and system gaps, and keeping the recruitment and talent tech stack running smoothly and securely.

You’ll act as a key SME for talent-related Workday modules, supporting day-to-day needs while driving roadmap improvements and system stability.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the Workday SME across Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent modules
  • Supporting HR technology initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and offboarding
  • Partnering with TA and Talent leaders to identify process and system gaps and define solutions
  • Owning configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across the talent technology stack
  • Working closely with IT on integration testing and issue resolution
  • Managing and prioritizing the talent systems backlog to deliver practical outcomes
  • Leading semi-annual Workday releases for Recruitment and Talent modules
  • Ensuring system health, controls, and audit readiness
  • Providing user support, documentation, training, and reporting
Skills and experience required:
  • 4+ years of hands-on Workday Recruitment, Onboarding, and/or Talent
  • Experience supporting post-go-live or production environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable owning delivery end-to-end
