Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant – Contract – Remote (US)
We're supporting a world-renowned, mission-driven healthcare and research organization in the search for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support a business-critical post-implementation engagement.
The successful consultant will play a critical role in resolving integration and configuration challenges between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials, with the immediate priority of enabling the successful publication of budget data from Adaptive Planning back into Workday ahead of the client's fiscal year-end.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has implemented Workday Adaptive Planning within a broader Workday ecosystem, with hands-on experience integrating Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting the end-to-end planning lifecycle. Following the immediate delivery, the consultant will also support optimization and enhancement of the client's existing Adaptive Planning model.

🔹 Duration – Initial 6 months (strong likelihood of extension)
🔹 Hours – 40 hours per week
🔹 Rate – $100 to $130 /hr (dependent on experience)
🔹 Working Model – Remote (US)
Requirements:
🔸 Extensive experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning within a Workday environment
🔸 Proven experience configuring and supporting integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials
🔸 Hands-on experience publishing planning or budget data from Adaptive Planning back into Workday
🔸 Strong understanding of Adaptive Planning configuration, modeling, and administration
🔸 Experience troubleshooting Adaptive Planning integrations and production issues
🔸 Experience working alongside Finance, FP&A, and Budget teams
🔸 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly Desirable:
🔹 Experience supporting post-go-live optimization projects
🔹 Experience with Workday Reporting, data mapping, and planning data sources
🔹 Experience enhancing existing Adaptive Planning models and budgeting processes
