Remote, USA | 6-Month Contract | 40 Hours per Week
Here at Focus Cloud, I am working with a Consulting client that is looking to add an experienced Workday Payroll AMS Consultant to their team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a hands-on Workday Payroll professional with strong post-production support experience and an active Workday US Payroll Certification. The role will focus on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing an established Workday Payroll environment while partnering with Payroll, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure ongoing system effectiveness.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday US Payroll
- Manage and resolve production support issues, defects, and service requests
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll functionality
- Support Workday releases, testing activities, and system enhancements
- Work closely with Payroll, HR, and key business stakeholders
- Analyse issues and recommend process and system improvements
- Deliver a high level of support within an AMS environment
- Ensure payroll processes are operating effectively and efficiently
- Active Workday US Payroll Certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience supporting Workday Payroll in an AMS or Production Support environment
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes and payroll operations
- Experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and enhancements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Additional Workday certifications
- Previous consulting or managed services experience
- Experience supporting large or complex Workday environments
- Exposure to optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fully Remote (Anywhere in the US)
