Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Lead and coordinate requirements discovery workshops with HR stakeholders across different regions and business units
- Capture, structure, and document business requirements using standardised templates and tools
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into Workday configurations and solutions
- Apply broad HR knowledge (processes, policies, and compliance considerations) to inform solution design
- Provide constructive challenge to local requirements, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
- Support in ensuring document templates meet local employment legislation and data privacy requirements
- Advise on opportunities to standardise templates within countries and across entities
- Promote consistency by identifying and encouraging reuse of templates across regions
- Offer guidance to stakeholders on HR best practices and efficient process design
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders involved in document template design, including HR, legal experts, and regional product owners
- Facilitate alignment and agreement on design decisions, priorities, and implementation approach
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Workday Business Analyst (essential)
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and HR-related processes
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation
- Experience working in global or multi-country environments
- Ability to balance global standardisation with local compliance needs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
