Workday Certified Functional Lead

Here at Focus Cloud, we are currently supporting several consultancy partners who are looking for Certified Workday Functional Leads across multiple modules on both Full-time & Part-time contracts.

These roles are specifically for US & Canadian‑based consultants. NO CERTIFICATION TRANSFER is needed.

We have a steady flow of new contract roles landing each week, and right now we are actively looking to speak with experienced Workday Functional Leads who are available for upcoming and in‑flight projects.

These roles involve joining established Workday programmes within leading consultancies, supporting implementations, enhancements, and optimisation work.
What you’ll typically be doing

• Leading functional design and owning your Workday workstream
• Running workshops, gathering requirements, and defining best‑practice solutions
• Supporting configuration, testing cycles, and deployment activity
• Advising clients on Workday capabilities and driving quality delivery
• Acting as a trusted SME as part of a wider project team
