Here at Focus Cloud ee are seeking an experienced Change Manager for a long-term 12–18 month contract supporting a complex enterprise ERP transformation. Workday change management experience is strongly preferred, however senior change professionals with experience across other ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.

This role leads change activities across one or more workstreams and partners closely with project, product, and business leaders to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management for assigned Workday / ERP workstreams
  • Own and execute change strategies including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training alignment
  • Conduct and oversee change impact assessments across roles, processes, and policies
  • Translate change impacts into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and sponsors
  • Track and report on readiness, adoption, risks, and resistance using dashboards and logs
  • Partner closely with project managers, product teams, training, and communications to align delivery with organizational readiness
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, system demos, and engagement sessions to address concerns and gather feedback
  • Validate training materials, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to post-go-live adoption and stabilization
Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on enterprise ERP or large-scale technology transformations
  • Experience leading change across multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups
  • Strong capability in impact assessment, stakeholder management, and readiness planning
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent)
Preferred
  • Workday change management experience (HCM, Payroll, Finance modules)
  • Experience with other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, etc.)
  • Previous long-term contract experience (12+ months)
