Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the Compensation & Benefits product vision and multi-year roadmap, translating business strategy into clear product outcomes, features, and priorities.
- Domain Expertise & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards leaders, providing insightful expertise in compensation cycles, benefits design & administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Collaborate with solution engineers and architects to create scalable Workday configurations and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to release.
- Innovation & AI Enablement: Identify opportunities for AI-driven insights in compensation and personalized benefits that enhance decision-making.
- Execution & Governance: Own the product backlog and prioritization, ensuring alignment with platform standards and driving adoption while measuring key outcomes.
Required Experience & Skills
- Must have 5+ years of experience in HR Technology/Workday, with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
- Required strong understanding of Workday modules, particularly Advanced Compensation and Benefits Administration.
- Mandatory experience working in product-based operating models.
- Necessary ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Required strong stakeholder management skills, particularly at executive levels.
Must Haves
- Experience with Workday Compensation & Benefits.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and decision support tools.
- Experience with design thinking methodologies.
