Workday Data Conversion Analyst - 12 Month Contract
Our client is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Analyst to support a large-scale Workday implementation on a 12-month contract.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in supporting the data conversion workstream, assisting with the preparation, validation, and migration of finance data into Workday. This role will involve working closely with the Data Conversion Lead, technical teams, and functional SMEs to ensure data is accurately transformed, loaded, and reconciled.

Role Overview
You will play a key role in supporting the data conversion workstream, assisting with the preparation, validation, and migration of finance data into Workday. This role will involve working closely with the Data Conversion Lead, technical teams, and functional SMEs to ensure data is accurately transformed, loaded, and reconciled.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Workday data conversion process.
- Assist in data mapping, cleansing, and validation activities across multiple finance data objects (chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, assets, balances).
- Execute data loads using EIBs, iLoads, and Core Connectors.
- Prepare data templates and validate load files against Workday requirements.
- Run validation reports and perform reconciliation checks between legacy and Workday systems.
- Collaborate with the functional and technical teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Participate in cutover activities, including trial conversions and final data validation.
- Experience working with Workday data conversion tools (EIBs, iLoads, Core Connectors).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good understanding of data migration and validation processes.
- Exposure to Workday Financials data areas preferred (suppliers, customers, COA, assets, balances).
- Prior experience supporting a Workday implementation or data migration project.
- Ability to work with large datasets and collaborate effectively within a project team.
