- Owning program plans, resource alignment, budget oversight, and milestone management
- Navigating complex project dynamics including competing priorities, evolving business needs, and multiple stakeholder layers
- Collaborating with consultants, developers, client leads, and third-party vendors to ensure solution integrity
- Addressing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining pace and focus across all delivery phases
- Ensuring solutions are built with best practices in mind while still being grounded in real-world client goals
- Supporting enablement activities including training, change planning, and post-deployment support
Your Background
- Valid Workday certification in at least one core module
- At least five years of experience managing Workday implementations or large-scale enhancement programs
- A track record of success working with enterprise clients in consulting or internal transformation roles
- Ability to manage stakeholders at every level, from end users to C-suite sponsors
- Clear understanding of the delivery lifecycle, project governance, and what it takes to get things over the line
- Comfortable switching between delivery oversight and hands-on involvement when needed
- Additional credentials such as PMP or Agile delivery experience are valuable but not required
Why Join
- Work with clients who value delivery precision and trust your expertise
- Collaborate with a seasoned team that respects professional maturity and delivery ownership
- Enjoy remote flexibility while still staying close to client strategy and engagement
