Senior Manager level FDM Lead role, owning design and delivery of the Workday Foundational Data Model and related Financials workstreams. You will lead complex projects, act as a subject matter expert with clients and support internal team development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or support all phases of Workday Financials projects, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare
- Own FDM design and its cross functional impacts, translating finance and accounting requirements into scalable Workday configurations
- Manage scope, plan and risks across multiple parallel client deliverables, ensuring work is delivered on time and to agreed quality
- Act as a senior client facing SME, running workshops, presenting options, sharing best practice and lessons learned
- Guide and review the work of less experienced consultants and contribute to internal methods, templates and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- Workday Financials certification required, with Workday FDM (Foundational Data Model) strongly preferred and commitment to ongoing recertification
- Around 5 to 7 plus years implementing Financials or ERP systems, including solid Workday Financials project experience
- Strong experience turning business process requirements into Workday designs and configurations, including end to end testing
- Strong communication and documentation skills, able to handle multiple projects, travel up to 50 percent and already eligible to work in country of hire (no sponsorship)
