Senior Manager, Workday FDM Lead

What You'll Do
- Lead medium to large Workday Financials implementations from discovery through deployment, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
- Design, configure, and optimize the Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) and broader Workday Financials solution, including Accounting Center.
- Lead client discovery workshops and translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday Financials solutions.
- Serve as the Workday Financials subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices and solution design.
- Mentor junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and deliverable reviews.
- Support business development by participating in client sales meetings and providing Workday Financials expertise.
- Contribute to practice development, internal initiatives, and consultant training.
- 7+ years of consulting experience implementing enterprise Financial systems, with extensive Workday Financials experience.
- Deep expertise in the Workday Financial Data Model (FDM).
- Experience leading Record-to-Report workstreams. Accounting Center experience is highly preferred.
- Multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.
- Strong client-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements while mentoring junior consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Workday Financials Certification
- Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) Certification
