- Support and maintain Workday Financials modules, especially:
- Procurement
- Expenses
- Capital Assets
- General financial configurations and reporting
- Reporting knowledge is highly desirable
- Ability to run delivered reports and make small modifications
- Support during year-end close, a challenging period particularly this year as it is their first Workday year-end
- Assist with adaptive planning initiatives
- Collaborate using a ticketing system
- Possibly train/mentor others and spread knowledge (internal training sessions)
