Are you an experienced Workday Financials Analyst with a strong understanding of procurement processes and reporting? A leading organization in Ontario’s education sector is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable professional to support and sustain their Workday Financials ecosystem through a pivotal transition period — including their first year-end close in Workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Workday Financials modules, especially:
    • Procurement
    • Expenses
    • Capital Assets 
    • General financial configurations and reporting
  • Reporting knowledge is highly desirable
    • Ability to run delivered reports and make small modifications
  • Support during year-end close, a challenging period particularly this year as it is their first Workday year-end
  • Assist with adaptive planning initiatives
  • Collaborate using a ticketing system
  • Possibly train/mentor others and spread knowledge (internal training sessions)
