Workday Grants Lead

A leading healthcare institution is looking for a Workday Grants Lead to support and optimize their Workday Finance environment following a major Workday implementation.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on Workday Grants, research finance, sponsored research, gifts, royalties, accounting, and post-go-live optimization.

• Workday Grants Management
• Sponsored research
• Research accounting
• Gifts and royalties
• Fund accounting
• Workday Financials optimization
• Post-go-live stabilization
• Financial reporting

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday Grants experience, hands-on Workday Financials knowledge, and a background in research finance, grants finance, healthcare, higher education, nonprofit research, or academic medical center environments.
This role needs someone who can connect research requirements, accounting outcomes, financial controls, and Workday system design. You should be confident working with finance, grants, research administration, accounting, and systems stakeholders.
Role details:

• Full-time, permanent
• Remote, nationwide
• Architect-level role
• Salary target around $150,000, with flexibility depending on experience
