We are currently seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Reporting Contractor to support an ongoing project with a global organization.
This is a freelance contract role open to candidates based anywhere in South America, offering 100% remote working.
📍 Location
- Remote (South America-based candidates only)
- 4 months (with potential extension)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality
- Develop, modify, and optimize reports using the Workday Reporting Suite (including advanced, matrix, and composite reports)
- Support business stakeholders with reporting and data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to HCM and reporting
- Assist with data validation, testing, and documentation
- 4+ years of experience within the Workday ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration
- Proven expertise in the Workday Reporting Suite
- Experience working with additional Workday modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Talent, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Competitive daily/hourly rate in USD
