Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
- Support the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Support system testing, quality assurance, and documentation of processes and training materials.
- Act as a liaison with HR teams and end-users, offering expert guidance and support while driving best practices.
- Participate in audits, system updates, and data integrity initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, reporting, and support.
- Experience with several of Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in training delivery and documentation, with a strong focus on user support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
