Workday HCM Analyst - 12 to 24 Month Contract
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to join an ongoing Workday program on a long-term contract. This role will support the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with best practice processes.

The role involves hands-on configuration, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple HCM modules to ensure consistent and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Core HCM solutions.
- Assist with business process setup, testing, and maintenance across Core HCM and related areas.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Core HCM and Security configurations.
- Participate in requirements and design workshops to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support integration and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across Workday modules.
- Track and resolve configuration issues, document updates, and communicate progress to leads or project managers.
- Contribute to ongoing governance, support, and system optimization post go-live.
- 4+ years of Workday experience (5+ years overall in HR or systems environment).
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM (certification required).
- Exposure to at least two additional HCM functional areas such as Recruitment, Talent Management, or Security.
- Ability to configure and test Core HCM business processes and security frameworks.
- Good understanding of Workday data structures and reporting.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
- Experience supporting AMS or enhancement projects in a live Workday environment preferred.
- Experience with issue tracking, documentation, and change management tools.
