🔸 Focus – Workday HRIS support, configuration, and process improvement
Key responsibilities
🔹 Support configuration and administration across Workday, particularly HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Talent, and Extend
🔹 Investigate and resolve end-user issues across HR and Talent processes
🔹 Assist with daily HRIS operations and process support
🔹 Help improve efficiency and user adoption through better use of Workday functionality
🔹 Support releases, testing, training, and HRIS projects
🔹 Provide support for other HR technologies where needed
Requirements
🔸 1–3 years of HRIS or HR technology experience
🔸 Workday experience strongly preferred
🔸 Exposure to systems like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft is also of interest
🔸 Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
🔸 Ability to handle sensitive HR data with discretion
🔸 French and English language skills are a plus
