Workday HRIS Director

Leading cross-functional IT teams and collaborating with senior leadership to translate business needs into HRIS strategies, and managing large global projects. You will also maintain relationships with stakeholders across regions and make sure of harmonious integration of HR Tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owns and moves forward 4 areas including the Workday HCM platform and Workday Extend applications, the Cornerstone LMS, the various hiring platforms including Fountain and VNDLY, and finally the ADP GlobalView payroll system
Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Creates and refines a strategic plan for the HR Tech teams.
  • Recommends adjustments to the staffing model and strategy in response to internal and external demands.
  • Leads technical components of longer term migration to ADP GlobalView for payroll.
  • Researches new techniques in the development of systems and understands current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HCM and platforms critical to the enterprise employee life-cycle.
  • Implements, evolves, and oversees the HR Tech team’s governance processes.
  • Provides direct supervision over a globally diverse team of Management level staff that include FTE's, contractors, and 3rd party providers

Experience / skills:
  • 10+ years of related professional experience including over 5 years leading teams
  • Has led implementations of large cloud HCM and Payroll Technologies including Workday.
  • Strong Communication at all levels including with internationally multicultural teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM architecture, data, and integration's.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes and familiarity with compliance at a global scale
