Workday Integrations Lead

Here at Focus Cloud, we are looking for a Workday Integrations Lead to join our customer on an exciting new project on a Contract basis. 

We’re supporting a major Workday programme and are seeking a hands‑on Workday Integrations Lead who can take ownership of upcoming deliverables and drive best‑practice integration development. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a project environment and enjoys both leading and doing.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the end‑to‑end integrations workstream on a new Workday project
• Building, enhancing, and maintaining Workday integrations — ideally using Workday Studio
• Working closely with functional teams, technical teams, and third‑party partners
• Ensuring integration quality, performance, and successful deployment
• Providing guidance, technical leadership, and hands‑on development support

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Lead
• Strong hands‑on development background (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio preferred)
• Experience delivering integrations in a project or global transformation environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery‑focused
