Role overview
Senior Consultant, Manager or Managing Consultant level role acting as Solutions Architect for Workday Spend and Inventory. You will support the sales cycle, shape the solution, lead demos and scope, and ensure a clean handover into delivery.

Senior Consultant, Manager or Managing Consultant level role acting as Solutions Architect for Workday Spend and Inventory. You will support the sales cycle, shape the solution, lead demos and scope, and ensure a clean handover into delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution scoping and design for Workday Spend and Inventory deals, including multi product and complex opportunities
- Run discovery with prospects, understand requirements, identify complexity and shape the end to end Workday solution and delivery model
- Build and tailor demos, presentations and materials to the client context, clearly articulating value, approach and differentiators
- Own solution documentation, scope and costing, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Value teams through to contracting
- Lead or support RFP responses for your domain, including written responses, delivery model descriptions and follow up with client or third party evaluators
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, technical or related field
- 5 to 10 years experience in Workday or ERP consulting, pre sales or solution architecture, with strong exposure to Spend and/or Inventory
- Workday certification required, with preference for Workday Financials and Spend or Inventory related certifications, and commitment to ongoing recertification
- Strong client facing skills, confident leading workshops, demos, commercial conversations and senior stakeholder discussions
- Good understanding of cloud delivery models, commercial structures, compliance considerations and how to translate this into clear scope and statements of work
