Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Workday configuration and support across:
- Workday Payroll
- Workday Time Tracking
- Workday Absence
- Support post-go-live activities including stabilisation, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Support testing activities (unit, regression, and UAT) related to PATT changes.
- Ensure solutions align with Workday best practices and organisational policies.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Workday HRIS team and external partners where required.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and process improvements.
- 2–3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, specifically within:
- Workday Payroll
- Workday Time Tracking
- Workday Absence
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data flows within PATT.
- Experience supporting or working in a post–Workday go-live environment.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday Pro certification(s) in Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence.
- Experience supporting integrations or downstream payroll vendors.
- Prior experience in an enterprise or multi-entity Workday environment.
