Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary + benefits package

Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday PATT Consultant to join a growing Workday HRIS team following a recent Workday go-live. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in stabilisation, optimisation, and ongoing configuration across Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking within a mature Workday environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on configuration experience, a consultative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on Workday configuration and support across:
    • Workday Payroll
    • Workday Time Tracking
    • Workday Absence
  • Support post-go-live activities including stabilisation, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Support testing activities (unit, regression, and UAT) related to PATT changes.
  • Ensure solutions align with Workday best practices and organisational policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Workday HRIS team and external partners where required.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, specifically within:
    • Workday Payroll
    • Workday Time Tracking
    • Workday Absence
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data flows within PATT.
  • Experience supporting or working in a post–Workday go-live environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Workday Pro certification(s) in Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence.
  • Experience supporting integrations or downstream payroll vendors.
  • Prior experience in an enterprise or multi-entity Workday environment.
