We're partnering with one of Canada's leading Big 4 Consulting firms and a Global Workday Partner to recruit experienced Payroll Implementation Consultants who are looking to transition into Workday Payroll consulting.

Unlike many Workday opportunities, our client is open to hiring experienced Payroll consultants without existing Workday Payroll experience, provided you bring a strong consulting background, bilingual skills (English & French), hands-on Payroll implementation experience and the ability to lead enterprise client engagements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built their consulting career implementing Payroll solutions such as SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, UKG, WorkForce Software, Infor or similar, and is looking to take the next step by becoming a certified Workday Payroll Consultant.

Joining an established Workday practice, you'll receive Workday training and certification, work on enterprise Payroll transformation programs across Canada, and have the opportunity to join at Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager level, depending on your experience.

🔸 Salary – C$110,000 to C$200,000 base salary (dependent on level: Senior Consultant, Manager, or Senior Manager)
🔸 Focus – Lead Workday Payroll implementations | Client workshops | Requirements gathering | Solution design | Configuration | Testing | Deployment

Requirements:
🔹 Fluent English and French (essential)
🔹 Previous consulting experience delivering HRIS, HCM or Payroll transformation projects
🔹 Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Payroll solutions (rather than purely Payroll Operations or Processing)
🔹 Experience delivering 4+ full lifecycle Payroll and/or HCM implementations
🔹 Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements and managing stakeholders
🔹 Experience with enterprise Payroll solutions such as SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, UKG, WorkForce Software, Infor or similar
🔹 Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Leadership experience, or the potential to step into a Manager or Senior Manager role
