🚀 We’re Hiring: Workday Payroll Integrations Specialist🚀

Are you a Workday Integrations expert with deep Payroll integration experience? We’re partnering with a client in Brampton, ON, Canada who is looking for a skilled specialist to support a key HRIS and payroll initiative on a 6-month contract, with strong potential to extend.

This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-impact integrations in a collaborative environment, with hybrid working in Brampton, ON, Ontario available.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and support Workday payroll integrations from end to end
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and payroll vendors or internal systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data flows
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned to business needs
• Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
• Ensure integrations meet Workday security and compliance standards

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, and Report Writer
• Solid understanding of Payroll data flows and integration requirements
• Technical skills across XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and web services
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges
• Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and business stakeholders

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with payroll providers such as ADP, Ceridian, SAP Payroll, or Ultimate Software
• Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits)
• Experience working in regulated industries
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
