The client is already live on core Workday modules including Core HR, Time and Absence, Canada Payroll, and US Payroll, and is now moving forward with a new Workday Performance Management implementation.
This is a true implementation rather than post-production support or optimisation. The client purchased Workday Performance previously but never deployed it, and they are now looking for a strong Workday Performance specialist to lead and support the rollout.
The ideal consultant will bring strong hands-on Workday Performance implementation experience, solid stakeholder-facing capability, and enough broader Talent knowledge to support the deployment successfully. This role will also interact with Compensation, so experience across both Performance and Compensation will be valuable.
