Join a fast-moving HR Systems function on a clear 2026 Workday roadmap. You will lead delivery across key Workday enhancements and a major Talent Management rollout, working closely with senior HR stakeholders and a Canada-based delivery team.

What you will deliver in 2026
  • Recruitment enhancements
  • Advanced Compensation enhancements
  • Talent Management new functionality (major project)
  • Support planning around ongoing acquisition activity (2 to 3 acquisitions per year), ensuring delivery remains stable and reliable
Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end project delivery for the 2026 Workday roadmap (plan, scope, governance, delivery, and adoption)
  • Manage delivery partners and coordinate day-to-day activity across UK and Canada time zones
  • Drive clarity where business processes clash, stabilising ways of working and improving reliability
  • Run project governance including RAID, status reporting, steering updates, and timeline management
  • Translate technical detail into clear, day-to-day language for senior stakeholders
  • Align stakeholders across HR, HR Systems, and the wider business to keep delivery moving
What we are looking for
  • Proven Workday Project Manager experience delivering Workday change (enhancements and/or new functionality)
  • Strong stakeholder management, including senior HR leaders
  • Confident working with implementation partners and distributed teams (UK and Canada)
  • Excellent communication - able to simplify technical topics and drive decisions
  • Strong delivery discipline across scope, budget, timeline, risks, and dependencies
  • Experience delivering Workday Talent Management and/or Advanced Compensation and/or Recruitment
Nice to have
  • Experience supporting Workday in an acquisition-heavy environment
  • Background delivering stabilisation and process improvement in a live Workday landscape
