I'm currently supporting a leading healthcare and research organization that is looking to hire a Workday Reporting & Prism Architect to help shape the future of enterprise analytics across the organization.
This isn't a traditional report writer or support role.
The team is looking for someone who can own Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics from both a strategic and technical perspective—helping define architecture, governance, data modelling standards, reporting strategy, and scalable analytics solutions across the enterprise.
You'll be responsible for evaluating reporting requirements, advising stakeholders on when to leverage Prism versus native Workday reporting capabilities, designing data pipelines and datasets, and helping establish best practices that support long-term growth and adoption.
🔹 100% Remote (US-based)
🔹 Full-time, permanent position
🔹 EST working hours
🔹 Salary: $136,500 - $146,400 (some flexibility for exceptional candidates)

Ideal background:
✅ Workday Prism Analytics
✅ Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Dashboards)
✅ Data modelling and analytics architecture
✅ External data integrations and ETL concepts
✅ Reporting governance and best practices
✅ Ability to advise stakeholders and drive long-term reporting strategy
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of reporting, analytics, architecture, and business partnership while maintaining hands-on involvement with the technology.
