We’re supporting a leading institution in the education sector in their search for a Workday Reporting Specialist to join their Workday Sustainment team. This role will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of Workday reports across HCM, Finance modules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, Workday Report Writer, and calculated fields, and be comfortable translating business requirements into actionable reporting and dashboards. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain custom and standard reports and dashboards in Workday
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and refine reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with institutional goals
- Collaborate with internal teams on enhancements and new module rollouts
- Stay current with Workday reporting capabilities and releases
- Experience with design, build, test, and maintain custom and delivered reports in Workday HCM and Finance modules
- Ability to create calculated fields, advanced reports, and dashboards to meet end-user requirements.
- Skilled in calculated fields, dashboards, and data visualization
- Milestone travel
- Higher education sector experience is an asset
