- Acting as a senior Workday contact across the business
- Providing architectural oversight with a strong focus on Workday HCM and Benefits
- Advising on best‑practice design and configuration
- Working with IT and business stakeholders to support integrations with other systems
- Helping stabilise and improve the Workday environment during a busy period
- Strong hands‑on Workday HCM experience
- Background as a Workday Architect, Lead, or Senior Administrator
- Comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, and system design
- Pragmatic and delivery‑focused, with a contractor mindset
- Initial 6‑month contract (starting ASAP, likely through October)
- 35–40 hours per week, flexible
- Central Time collaboration required
