Here at Focus Cloud, we are working with a US‑based transport and distribution client who is looking for a Workday Systems Analyst to provide hands‑on support across their Workday environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the system day to day, supporting configurations, enhancements, and integrations alongside a senior architect.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day‑to‑day Workday operations and enhancements
- Analysing requirements and translating them into system changes
- Assisting with integrations and data flows between Workday and other systems
- Supporting HR and business users in a live environment
- Workday functional experience (HCM or related modules preferred)
- Exposure to integrations (not necessarily deeply technical)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Initial 6‑month contract (ASAP start)
- 35–40 hours per week
- Can be delivered remotely, provided candidates can align to Central Time working hours
