Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and drive the Talent & Learning product strategy.
- Build a roadmap focused on a skills-based organization, career development, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline.
- Domain Leadership
- Bring deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, and learning management platforms.
- Guide HR teams in shifting from process-driven to skills-driven models.
- Experience Design
- Design end-to-end employee journeys for career growth, learning pathways, and performance cycles.
- Focus on creating consumer-grade experiences for all employees.
- Solutioning & Delivery
- Partner with solution engineers to configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions.
- Integrate with external platforms such as learning ecosystems and skills platforms.
- AI & Innovation
- Drive AI-powered skill inference and recommendations, personalized learning journeys, and talent insights for workforce planning.
- Execution
- Own the product backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement for the designed solutions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Must-Have Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years in HR Tech with a focus on Talent & Learning.
- Strong Workday expertise in Talent & Performance, Learning, and preferably Skills Cloud.
- Experience leading skills-based transformation initiatives.
- A strong product mindset with the ability to convey compelling stories.
Must Haves
- Required minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Tech.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI applications in HR.
- Familiarity with modern employee engagement strategies.
