Our client is seeking a talented Workday VNDLY Consultant to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will design and develop integrations for Workday VNDLY, ensuring seamless communication with external systems such as ERP and HRMS. You will also configure and customize various VNDLY modules, streamlining contingent workforce management and enhancing vendor onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday VNDLY integrations (inbound/outbound) with external systems, including ERP and HRMS.
- Configure and customize VNDLY modules, focusing on contingent workforce lifecycle, vendor onboarding and management, and time & expense tracking.
- Build and maintain APIs/web services integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio-based integrations.
- Support data migration, data mapping, and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within VNDLY.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with BFSI data security and regulatory standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience with Workday VNDLY integrations.
- Required familiarity with ERP and HRMS systems.
- Mandatory experience in developing APIs and web services integrations.
- Necessary skills in configuring VNDLY modules, particularly in contingent workforce processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in integration projects.
- Certified in Workday VNDLY is preferred.
Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)
- Required years of experience: 3+ years in Workday VNDLY integrations.
- Essential technical capability in API integrations and EIBs.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the BFSI sector would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to data privacy and security in the industry.
