Looking for a highly specialized consultant contractor with advanced expertise in Workforce Software (WFS), especially in the Job Scheduler module (formerly called "Advanced Scheduler"), Integrations, and Time and Attendance.

Perform Workforce Software (WFS) requirements/configuration management for major project.

Key Technical Requirements:
  1. Advanced Job Scheduling Experience:

    • Hands-on experience creating and managing complex job schedules within WFS, likely across multiple shifts, locations, or employee roles.

  2. Certifications Required:

    • Level 2 WFS certification

    • Certification in Job Scheduler (formerly Advanced Scheduler).

    • Certifications in Integrations and Time modules of WFS.

  3. Experience with WFS Configuration & Integration:

    • Ability to configure, customize, and integrate the WFS platform.

    • Involves linking WFS with other systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.) and possibly API work.

  4. Experience with ACT (Advanced Configuration Tool):

    • Used for creating workflows—specifically here for managing long-term absences.

? Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Set up configuration standards for timekeeping processes across the company.

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders for:

    • Time and Attendance

    • Job Scheduler

    • Integration needs

  • Configure:

    • Production schedules in the Job Scheduler

    • Bank premiums, shift differentials, security roles, and time-off systems

  • Install clocks: Involves configuring and deploying time clocks/hardware for attendance tracking.
