Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Financials, providing hands-on support, configuration, and optimisation.
- Lead and deliver enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities within the Workday Financials suite.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Workday aligns with business processes and compliance requirements.
- Support training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Financials.
- Expertise across core Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Customers, Suppliers, Banking, Expenses, Procurement).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and principles—finance background highly preferred.
- Experience with integrations, reporting, and Workday security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (highly advantageous).
- Workday certifications.
