Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams on functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
- Document solution architectures and key learnings from exploration and incubation projects.
- Conduct AI solution assessments, evaluating approaches and providing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and optimise classification algorithms and perform data preparation activities.
- Work in one or more areas of AI expertise, such as image processing, text extraction, clustering, classification, or embedding models.
- Implement drift detection and model monitoring frameworks (experience with AgentEvals for LLMs is a plus).
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Chatbot Development using:
- Python, PyCharm, NumPy, Pandas
- TensorFlow / Deep Learning / NLP frameworks
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, RDBMS design & data modelling
- GitHub, Jenkins for CI/CD and version control
- Strong background in data modelling, wrangling, and extraction
- Good to Have Hands-on experience with:
- Computer Vision and advanced pattern matching
- PII identification and extraction
- Document type classification and form matching
- Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience delivering AI/ML and data science solutions
- Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning
- Practical experience in model training, drift detection, and feature engineering
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks
- Strong awareness of application security, data security, and DevOps principles
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and client-side applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Proven track record of building trusted cross-functional relationships
