Key skills:
- 5+ years of AI Architecture experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce integration and working with BI tools.
- Familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis platforms.
- Proven ability to design and deliver dashboards and data visualization solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
- Design comprehensive AI solutions using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse multi-source stakeholder sentiment.
- Develop scalable architectures that integrate data from Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes.
- Implement both automatic and manual mechanisms for capturing and storing data centrally.
- Ensure all solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining full traceability for auditing.
- Apply AI and sentiment analysis tools to extract key themes and insights from data.
- Design and implement user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards to highlight stakeholder sentiment and health indicators.
- Build advanced search, filtering, and visualization tools to enable actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups.
